White chocolate mousse

You’ll need:​ 1 packets of Tubs Croustades (16 pieces)

Ingredients:

1.5 dl whipping cream
150 g white chocolate
1 egg
1 dl Kesella (quark)
4-5 strawberries (or raspberries)

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!


Melt the chocolate over low heat in a double boiler and whip the cream.

Whisk the egg in a bowl and slowly add the melted chocolate while stirring.

Stir in the Kesella and the whipped cream. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let it sit for about 1 hour.

Fill the croustades with the chocolate mousse and top with a few slices of strawberries or raspberries (optionally, sprinkle with some powdered sugar or passion fruit).
