White Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries & Candied Nuts

You need: 1 package Mini Croustades (24 pieces)
Ingredients:
200 g white chocolate
2 eggs
200 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
Fresh raspberries (about 24 pieces)
About 50 ml candied nuts (store-bought)
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need.
STEP 1
Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt it in a double boiler.
Whisk the eggs and whip the cream until thick in separate bowls.
STEP 2
Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the eggs and whisk together.
Gently fold in the whipped cream and chill the mixture until it has slightly set.
STEP 3
Chop the candied nuts into smaller pieces.
Pipe the mousse into the Croustades up to the top, place a raspberry on each, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Ready to serve.
