Shrimp with pomegranate

You’ll need: 1 packet of Tubs Croustades (16 pieces)
Ingredients:
1 jar of hand-peeled shrimp (about 280g shrimp)
0.5 cucumber
0.5 pomegranate
1 pinch chili flakes
1 lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon liquid honey
Flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper

STEP 1
Drain the shrimp brine. Halve the pomegranate and extract the seeds
STEP 2
Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds, and cut it into small pieces. Slice the scallions.
STEP 3
Mix everything together in a bowl with the olive oil and lime juice. Season with chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Distribute the mixture into the croustades.
