Scallop & Green Peas

You’ll need:​ 2 packages of large croustades or 1 package of mini croustades

Ingredients:

125g Green peas
100g Cream cheese
8-10 Scallops (depending on size)
1 Lemon Butter for frying
A small saucepan
A frying pan
A hand mixer
A sharp knife

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!


Heat the cream cheese in a small saucepan until it almost boils, pour in the peas and let them warm up, then mix it together into a cream with a hand mixer, season with salt and black pepper.

Heat the frying pan properly, add butter and wait until it starts to get colored and then fry the scallops for about 30 seconds on each side. Finish with salt and pour in the juice from half a lemon!

Take out a knife and divide the mussels into 4-6 pieces (depending on size). Distribute the pea cream on every croustade , then spread the mussels on top of the pea cream and serve!
