Mini Dessert with Mascarpone, Lemon & Pomegranate

You need: 1 package of Mini Croustades (24 pieces)
Ingredients:
250 g mascarpone
100 ml crème fraîche
50 ml lemon curd
50 ml powdered sugar (icing sugar)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
1 pomegranate
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need.
STEP 1
Whisk together the mascarpone, crème fraîche, and lemon curd.
Stir in the lemon juice.
STEP 2
Cut the pomegranate and remove the seeds.
STEP 3
Pipe the mixture into the Croustades, almost to the top, and place a small spoonful of pomegranate seeds on each.
Top with a little grated lemon zest.
Ready to serve.
