Mascarpone with Strawberries and Daim Crunch

You need: 1 package Mini Croustades (24 pieces)

Ingredients:

250 g mascarpone
200 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
300 g fresh strawberries
50 ml powdered sugar (icing sugar)
3–4 digestive biscuits
Daim chocolate for topping

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need.


Whip the cream until stiff peaks form in a bowl.
Chop 2/3 of the strawberries into small pieces.
Crush the digestive biscuits.

Add the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and chopped strawberries to the bowl and mix until you get a fluffy cream.

Sprinkle some crushed biscuits in the bottom and spoon the cream mixture into the Croustades.
Slice the remaining strawberries and place a couple of slicesin each Croustade.
Top with chopped Daim chocolate.

Ready to serve!
