Homemade Ice Cream with Toasted Coconut & Passion Fruit

You need: 1 package Mini Croustades (24 pieces)
Ingredients:
For the ice cream:
250 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
1/5 can sweetened condensed milk
For the topping:
100 ml shredded coconut
1.5 tbsp butter
1.5 tbsp granulated sugar
4 passion fruits
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need.
STEP 1
Start by making the ice cream.
Whip the cream until thick. Add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk a little more.
Pipe the ice cream mixture into each Croustade up to the top.
Place the filled shells in a lidded container and freeze for about 6 hours or longer before serving.
STEP 2
Toast the coconut in butter and sugar until golden brown.
Spread on a plate lined with parchment paper and let cool.
Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
STEP 3
Take the box(es) of Croustades out of the freezer just before serving.
Top each Croustade with a small spoonful of passion fruit pulp and sprinkle with the toasted coconut.
Serve immediately.
