Beetroot & Goat Cheese

You’ll need: 2 packages of large croustades or 1 package of mini croustades
Ingredients:
4 boiled beetroot
50g goat cheese
Walnuts or hazelnuts
100g cream cheese
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
A sharp knife
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!
STEP 1
Blend the cream cheese and goat cheese with a hand blender, season with salt. If you have a piping bag, transfer the mixture into it
STEP 2
Roast the nuts with a little cooking oil and salt to taste. Dice the boiled beetroot (0.5 cm) and mix it with balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt to taste.
STEP 3
Chop the roasted nuts. Place the diced beetroot at the bottom of the croustades, add a dollop or pipe the goat cheese mixture, and garnish with the chopped nuts!
