Avocado & Salmon

Ingredients:
150g Salmon
2 Avocado
100g Coriander
0.5 dl Soy
1 Red onion
1 Lime
Half a Cucumber
Salt
A sharp knife
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!
STEP 1
Finely chop the onion, coarsely chop the coriander and cut the salmon, cucumber & avocado into small cubes approx: 0.5 cm.
STEP 2
Put everything in a bowl, pour on soy, squeeze lime over the contents and mix gently.
STEP 3
Dose the mixture evenly over all croustades, feel free to garnish with a little extra coriander!
