Råraka

You’ll need: 2 packages of large croustades or 1 package of mini crusts
Ingredients:
200g Trout or Salmon roe
3dl Sour cream
1 Red onion
1 bunch Chives
A sharp knife
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need! If you have time, feel free to hang the sour cream in a coffee filter placed in a strainer in the refrigerator the day before. Then use a piping bag to fill the croustades easier.
STEP 1
Finely chop the red onion and cut the chives finely.
STEP 2
Fill croustades up to 1/3 with sour cream, and fill with 1/3 finely chopped red onion. Top with the desired amount of roe, top with the chopped chives, and serve!
