Crawfish tails with avocado

You’ll need: 1 packets of Tubs Croustades (16 pieces)
Ingredients:
1 mango
2 avocados
1 jar of crawfish tails
Dressing:
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon mild olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Shrimp cocktail with pomegranate, lime & cucumber
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!
STEP 1
Cut the mango and avocado into small cubes and gently mix them.
STEP 2
Place a spoonful of the diced mixture into the croustades and distribute the crawfish tails on top.
STEP 3
Stir the dressing and spoon it over. Garnish with a few cilantro leaves.
