Chocolate & Sea Salt

You’ll need:​ 2 packages of large croustades or 1 package of mini croustades

Ingredients:

500g Chocolate pellets or chopped block chocolate
2dl cream
Sea salt
A small saucepan
A whisk

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!


Heat the cream on low heat in a small saucepan.

Melt the chocolate in the hot cream while stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.

Fill the croustades while the batter is hot, top with sea salt and serve!
