Blueberry Pie

You’ll need:​ 2 packages of large croustades or 1 package of mini croustades.

IngredienTs:

250g frozen blueberries
2 dl vanilla sauce
4 tbsp cornstarch (Maizena)
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1.5 dl wheat flour
50g room temperature butter
2 bowls (one for the dough and one for the filling)

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!


Knead together the flour, sugar, and butter until you have a smooth dough.

Mix the blueberries with the cornstarch (Maizena).

Place the croustades on a baking sheet, fill them halfway with blueberries, top with the dough, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes (160°C fan setting). Make sure the oven is preheated before putting the pies in.

Serve with vanilla sauce!
