Banoffee

You need: 1 package of Mini Croustades (24 pieces)

Ingredients:

300 ml heavy cream (whipping cream)
4–5 digestive biscuits
1/5 can dulce de leche (or caramelized condensed milk)
50 g dark chocolate block
4 bananas (preferably on the smaller side)

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need.


Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Slice the bananas, crush the biscuits, and grate the chocolate.

Sprinkle a little crushed biscuit in the bottom of each Croustade.
Pipe a dollop of cream up to the edge and place a slice of banana into the cream.

Add a spoonful of dulce de leche and sprinkle a bit more crushed biscuit on top.
Finish with the grated chocolate.

Ready to serve.
