Avocado & Salmon

You’ll need: 1 packet Tubs Croustades (16pcs)
Ingredients:
150 – 200g cured salmon (sliced)
2 avocados
1 lime
1/2 chili (red pepper)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!
STEP 1
Remove the seeds and finely chop the chili. Mix the chili with olive oil and lime juice.
STEP 2
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice it thinly. Distribute the salmon in the croustades and add the avocado slices on top.
STEP 3
Drizzle the lime dressing over and season with salt and black pepper.
