Tomato Salsa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll need:\u200b<\/strong> 1 packets of Tubs Croustades (16 pieces)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 ripe tomatoes
1\/2 yellow onion
1 garlic clove
1 handful of fresh basil
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
6-8 slices of cured ham
Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip:<\/strong> Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peel, cut, and chop the yellow onion and place it in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, remove the seeds, and roughly chop the tomato flesh. Cut the ham into smaller pieces. Peel and press the garlic clove into the bowl, then add the tomato flesh and ham, and mix with the olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut the basil leaves into pieces and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distribute the tomato salsa into the croustades and top with some chopped basil leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
