Bring water, vinegar, and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add the onion. Stir occasionally. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-guld-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a3e50c29805f10cf0d00d885d87af423\"><strong>STEP 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Preheat the oven to 225\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-guld-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-213b3b2286adb3fdb4cb42236e4f7568\"><strong>STEP 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Saut\u00e9 them in rapeseed oil without letting them brown. Add the ground meat and cook until dry and crumbly. Mix in sambal oelek, taco sauce, and seasoning mix to create a taco filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-guld-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-28db8a2557b857babd33f9c515eadf27\"><strong>STEP 4<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Distribute the mixture into the croustades and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
