You'll need:​

2 packages of large cruostades or 1 package of mini croustades.

750g Shiitake Mushroom
100g Chervil or Parsley
200g cream cheese
2dl Water
2 dl Sugar
1dl Vinegar
Black pepper
A small pot
A small pan

Step 1

Using a mixer stick, mix 1dl Vinegar, 2dl Sugar and 2dl Water until it is translucent and all the sugar has melted.

Step 2

Fry the mushrooms, when the mushrooms are fried, pick out 2 mushrooms per croustade and place them in the pickle you just mixed, leave the rest in the pan and add to the cream cheese. When the cream cheese has melted, you add salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Dose the mushroom stew evenly over your croustadea, garnish with the pickled mushrooms and chopped parsley/chervil.
