Kantarell & Västerbottenost

Chanterelle & Västerbotten cheese

You'll need:​

2 packets of Croustades or 1 packet of Mini Croustades

3 dl whipped cream
300g chanterelles
100g Grated Präst or Västerbotten cheese
1 clove of garlic
Rapeseed oil
Butter
1st small frying pan
Salt
Black pepper

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need, preheat the oven!

Step 1

Rinse and fry the chanterelles in rapeseed oil, when the chanterelles start to turn colour, squeeze in a clove of garlic and a generous dab of butter.

Step 2

When the chanterelles are golden brown, pour in the whipping cream and let it cook until it turns yellowish, remove the pan from the stove and mix in the grated cheese. Season to taste with salt & black pepper.

Step 3

Click the stew into the crusts and serve!
