Milk Chocolate & Sea Salt

You'll need:​

2 packages of large croustades or 1 package of mini croustades

500g Chocolate pellets or chopped block chocolate
2dl cream
Sea salt
A small saucepan
A whisk

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need!

Step 1

Heat the cream on low heat in a small saucepan.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate in the hot cream while stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.

Step 3

Fill the croustades while the batter is hot, top with sea salt and serve!
