Blueberry Pie

You'll need:

2 packages of croustades or 1 package of mini croustades
250g Frozen blueberries 
2 dl custard
4 tbsp Maizena 
1 tbsp sugar 
1.5 dl Wheat flour 
50g Room temperated Butter 
2 bowls (one for the dough and one for the filling)  

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need, preheat the oven! 

Step 1

Knead together wheat flour, sugar and butter to a smooth and pliable dough.

Step 2

Mix the blueberries with the Maizena.

Step 3

Set the croustades on a baking sheet before filling them halfway with blueberries, top with the dough and bake in the oven for 20 minutes (160 degrees hot air) Make sure the oven is warm before you put the pies in.

Serve with custard!
