Beetroot & Goat Cheese

You'll need:

2 packets of croustades or 1 packet of mini croustades

4 boiled beets
50g Goast cheese
Walnuts or Hazelnuts
100g Cream cheese
balsamic vinegar
A sharp knife 

Tip: Always start by picking out all the ingredients and tools you need! 
If the goat cheese mixture feels loose, put it in the fridge for a couple of hours, where it will solidify.

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and goat cheese with a hand mixer, season with salt. If you have a piping bag, pour the mixture there.

Step 2

Roast the nuts together with a little cooking oil and salt to taste, dice the boiled beetroot (0.5cm) and mix it with balsamic vinegar, season with salt.

Step 3

Chop the roasted nuts. Place the diced beetroot on the bottom of the croustades, click on the goat cheese, garnish with the chopped nuts!
